Having joined the company in 2011, Sandberg began in the Television department before transitioning to feature development alongside Frank Marshall. She spent 2020 overseas shooting Jurassic World: Dominion, the first blockbuster film to resume shooting amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Puerto-Rican in heritage, Sandberg is passionate about championing underrepresented talent and stories.
